There was talk that many of the laid-off employees will be from streaming, but I'm yet to hear of any major losses at Disney Plus. Are they leaving those employees for last or have the potential numbers been overblown? I'm a cast member and I was hoping most of the layoffs would come from corporate/streaming.

Be a better person and not hope for bad things for others. Seriously!
As a member of the corporate/streaming team, I hold no animosity towards front-line staff hoping they keep their jobs. Parks were gutted in the pandemic, streaming got all the money; at some point, the balance was always going to be restored.
All I've heard is nothing from front line lines of business will be effected. No details on the effected cast but hopefully they receive a decent severance.
It was only just stated that starting this week there will be three rounds of layoffs with the first starting this week and the largest coming in the second round so of course you’re not seeing much about streaming at the moment. Read the articles about the layoffs…it’ll help you not have to ask questions like this or say you hope that people from particular departments lose their jobs.
