We need to form a union!

Full unionization would destroy Disney. Look how horrible the Parks are now, the cast members working there give @fifty percent. Last summer, found four CMs hanging in the restrooms doing nothing, just joking and hanging out.
I strongly agree. A union would protect such things from being able to happen. A union protects its members. I wish there would have been one already set up.
