E&I needs to be scraped clean from the illegitimate "leaders" responsible for the worst system migration ever. There are some good people trying to fix the massive holes created from the cr---y launch of this new system but they get beat down for asking valid questions to real problems. If these upcoming layoffs get rid of the real people who have the skill to fix the issues, then good luck E&I

Has CAMS migrated to USP? Just wondering as I noticed some senior leadership is missing.
This is insane. The company is becoming a monopoly, and their service has gone from bad to deplorable. They give zero F’s about their employees and customers and it shows. Their reputation is embarrassing, their service scores are embarrassing, but the profits are sky high. Keep it Up!
I started at UHC in 2010 and they were working on it then! It’s had many names over the years. Polaris, Cirrus, USP, Drive to Five, probably many more I don’t even know about.

Quality delivery = decrease in recurring revenues. Which path would you take if you are outside of USA? Its illogic but from the top it saved $$ and "yes" to all request including unethical demands..
