Take the time to review and see what the c-suite and board are doing to you all. The are rewarding them for half-a$$ results. The comp increase and bonus is disgusting when they ask of the staff what they won’t do themselves. If you stay, good luck you will need it if you are not matched out the door.

Congrats on getting out of there. I did too, but keeping up with close friends left behind. My life is sooooo much better now, and it doesn’t hurt making more money either.
