As so many pointed out, we have so many VPs and they bring along with them their minions that do nothing but fake work. They inflict so much damage to this place.
When a team have a losing season the coaches get fired but not here, the arrogant ELT and so called leadership don't see their own failures and got rid of those that do the real work. These same id!0ts should do the honorable thing and quick. It would be good for their mental health and conscience if they have one.
The company would benefit from new leadership, direction, and possibly rebuild trust toward a new business. No one trust or respect the current management. The current company is lost and beyond repair. Everyone would rejoice.
