Wow, now am certain there is no winning on this site. Folks are going to get $1-$3 more an hour… and it’s a problem?! When business is tough, less hours… if business is good, more hours. One has nothing to do with the other. Side note. EVERY business runs this way. Retail, restaurants, factories… it’s no different.
