Chatgpt will improve customer support and be lower cost
Not sure about most employees, but CSG is surely on every current customer's worst vendor list. The rapid decline in customer support has been remarkable.
I am very sure if there was a list of "100 Worst places to work" we will make that cut. Someone should create that list too.
Last time I checked, CSG was rocking a comically bad 1.6 stars. They might legitimately be one of the 100 worst-rated companies on Glassdoor.

Word's out in the industry, and it is loud and clear: CSG is a steaming pile of💩 and TK is the green fly hovering over the pile.
