This is thelayoff.com where you get more straight talk and information than any yammer or ELT meetings. ELT really don't want anyone to hear what's going on and doing what they can to deflect, divert, dis-information, discredit, and suppress.
Notice in recent posts, either ELT or corporate trolls outright being aggressive by challenging some of the posters here on this board. They even tried to hold polls of trying to humiliate former employees "disgruntled employee vs. competitor" for the issues being raised.
The corporate trolls and sympathisers are now engaging in passive aggressive behaviours but they're not fooling anyone.
Many valid and timely issues are being raised on why this company is laying it self off right into the abyss. Instead of joining the conversation and provide some substance that give our employees some hope. The company choose to suppress information or divert from the issues. Sure, there would be votes ups or downs and push back but isn't that the purpose of the layoff.com ? at the end of the day, the majority responses is the perception of what the company is. If the company want to change it, start from the inside with actions to improve things. If the majority of us feel it has improved we will speak up and defend but otherwise, we will continue to express ourselves. We will continue to do the work but also exercise our rights to express what's going on.
Stop trying to suppress us. This is not Yammer!
