FYI: Severance agreement emails went out today (March 28th) for those affected by January 18th layoff.
So are you saying if RSU is vested within those 60 days people remain in the payroll, that will not be allowed?
2 months pay + 1 week for every year of service, COBRA. No RSU vest.
