Thread regarding Bass Pro Shops layoffs

People stealing and ops support

If ops support would watch customers in the store and stop watching the employees then maybe the store in macon ga would not have to cut hours so much, they are watching employees to see what they are doing so they can run back to managers when the customers are taking buggys of items out the door. This store is a joke and not getting any better everyone is leaving and they are hiring all these young people who come in one day then don't come back, putting a lot of presser on the leads and other employee that do come in. They only reckanise the employees who get surveys, not anyone else which is sad because all them should be shown they care about the workers.

Just looked at the bass pro website and there are 2126 jobs opening at bass pro and 21 jobs opening in Macon Georgia maybe you should focus on your jobs at Bass pro instead of standing around bad mouthing the company.

Research SHRINK online. National Retail Federation to be exact. Yes there are customers who will impact shrink in a store and drive the number way up. Usually they will only drive a few hot departments within the store. Internal theft is always the largest portion of shrink.

Secondly learn how to spell and basic grammar would be nice.
