I'm working at the Seattle office and have not seen them serving beef or steak for lunch or dinner. Is this happening in all the other offices?

Indian don't eat beef. And too many Indians around. That's probably why.
When you are offered the job you have now, your salary and benefit are spelled out in the job offer. That is a contract the employeer has to honor. I doubt, any company in US, is listing beef, at company cafeteria, as a benefit, in its uob offer. If you are not satifisfed with your salary, find another job. What to do when you are not satsified with the cafeteria food?
