Karen you’ve graced the covers of magazines as top woman CEO etc among your accolades. When will we see you taking the award for tanking the company. You’ve basically in the last 6 month’s approximately lost the market in our stock which would be the equivalent of the total value of Walgreens and Rite Aid. What is your plan of action to right the ship? Awesome job don’t know to many CEO’s that can say they’ve lost close to 35-40 billion dollars but that should be a great lead on your resume.

Not an employee but I am a regular customer. The decline in customer service in your stores is frustrating. It must be the result of your CEO. One person working the register, self checkout is the norm, long lines, messy aisles! Not like it used to be for sure. Very disappointing:(
Loss prevention should look into this they take out associates for $5 in pop and chips. A loss is a loss. Time for her to to pull the rip cord on that golden parachute.
