If I were a TV Dad, I'd tell TK not to worry that all he has to do is "bundle your home and auto insurance" and save hundreds.
Given the ongoing decline of CSG customer support, I predict that civil cases will increase as more customers seek early termination of their contracts. Once again, TK can't easily fix the situation that he ironically created with aggressive cost-cutting.
This is just the tip of the iceberg with claims against CSG. Let’s just say that CSG Legal is going to have their hands full with the claims and lawsuits that are in the works.
