Cannot agree with you more. Most engineers are pretending to be busy...busy joining lots of meetings without producing any tangible results. Upper managers just finished Q1 okr reviews for all individual group. Got to be kidding me..the quarter is almost over and you VP just finished reviewing individual team's key OKRs.
There are a few has been's on the technical side. On the management side it's mostly charlatan never was's.
Has been is better than never was.
Not only that they are racists too.
