How can the CEO and upper management not be changed

Walgreens stock the last FIVE years has LOST over 50% value. How can this continue and people not being held accountable. Seriously, when is enough, enough. How can they even look in the mirror. Numbers DON'T lie. That is the bottom line isn't it.

Walgreens cut staffing in store pharmacies in the years leading up to the pandemic. There was little or no slack left in the the process. When covid hit, an already demoralized and overextended workforce was not equipped to deal with the extra demands of covid tests and covid vaccines. In addition, the company has not invested in technology or processes that actually improve the customer experience. To be fair not, not all the problems are Walgreens fault but poor decisions certainly made things worse. Roz Brewer has her work cut out for as she attempts to steady the ship.
