Let's say for people laid off at Amazon in the upcoming April 2023 wave. Based on the Jan 2023 wave:
- If I understand correctly, employees remained on payroll for 2 months, but not working. Employees were able to search for internal roles using personal devices.
Question: Did that 2-month period in payroll include the benefit of vesting in RSU?
- When it stated that employees received 2 months of salary; for people who are receiving cash bonuses monthly (less than 2 years in the company), did the salary include a bonus as well or only the base salary?
