Weak company, weak employees, weak increases. Sounds about right.

MM (the greatest EVP in Apache's history) told us a month ago that if you were getting a raise this year you would be told this week and it would be effective today. MM never sent an update and he is never wrong. If you did not get a raise today then you missed the boat.

Faulty math is also trying to pass off a sub-inflation increase in pay as a raise. If your increase is less than inflation, it is effectively a pay decrease!!!

And seriously, wtf is taking the so long to get these to people?

You must be an HR person, because you think you can trick us with your faulty maths. How is it a 5% raise if you get it 6 months late?

Most employees are looking @ 3% for raises. If you received a 4 or above on your annual evaluation. You are looking @ 5-7%. You are very welcome!!!!

Looks like raises are getting pushed back folks. HR is still figuring out Title Changes for each position. Looks like June or even July. If we are lucky

Raises are not being pushed back until July. Your Manager should let you know April 25 or April 26. They will go into effect MAY 1st.

Hopefully they don’t try to take LTI like Marathon did. It went over so well there

The last inflation data for the Houston area had annual inflation of over 5%, a raise less than that is a pay cut. Keep that in mind when getting your raise…

Marketing raises should be posted June 1st. I believe. You should know something from your Manager sometime in May.
