The only thing that changes here are people’s roles as they flee terrible stonewalling managers or are pushed to another side of the business because they are found incompetent after promotion. I mean let’s be honest, it’s doesn’t automagically happen.
Are they hiring anyone to help with maps when needed? I’m just told to use the enterprise map online, but it’s terrible and unhelpful like the person or group that made it.
