Thread regarding Fossil Inc. layoffs

I’m shocked Fossil doesn’t have more layoffs

As somebody mentioned in another thread, this leadership is utterly incompetent. They’ve made so many mistakes in the last several years that it's a wonder this company is still standing and any of us still have a job. We need a complete shake-up at the top or we’re screwed for good.

I’m so glad to have been laid off in 2015.

Greg is a disgrace. The amount of money and jobs that is directly attributable to his bad calls and execution should have already cost him the job 10 times over in any normal company.

@6cny+1lLRWPW3 I agree. But who the he-l is gonna fill that role? Sometimes it’s better the devil you know? Maybe he can still turn it around.

And WHY would one of the Founders leave his OWN company?! Aren't you JUST an employee? Agreed bad management...upper and unqualified lower..created the problems...but perhaps it was also the environment created by the few employees with high opinions of themselves....especially those with over 10 yrs or more with the company. Just a thought...perhaps fact!

Absolutely correct.
It really is time for KK to go. Ok, so he doesn’t take a salary but that is no longer a valid reason for him to stay in his role and drive our beloved company into oblivion.
Our business is in a dire mess and that’s purely down to KK, GM and the rest of our so called ‘leadership’ team.
Every year is a struggle, we continually lay off good, hard working people and yet the leadership keep their jobs and of course their over inflated salaries.
They are now scrambling around for new strategies and ideas, but the truth is they are out of their depth and really have no clue how to recover or run a global business.
It really is time for a new CEO (and no GM it isn’t you!) We would have to pay a salary for that role now of course, but hey it would be worth it.
Enough is enough!
