HyVee has failed the last ten years! You ask why? Because HyVee has spent the last decade trying not to be a grocery store. They spent all of their efforts on bad ideas that never really had a return on investments. That’s why HyVee is in such bad shape. Now they are cutting labor across the company to the point it’s hurting the company mission. HyVee has lost its identity. What is the new mission statement coming out of HyVee corporate. They now want to overprice themself out of the market and wonder why they are hurting. How about they focus on taking care of their customers and their employees. They are wasting their time chasing profit. Do the right thing and the profits will come back.

I wrote that. Thank you for agreeing with my post. Now only if baby randy would listen to what we are saying. Of course Jeremy is going to coming in and tell everyone how he is the smartest and not listen to anyone. The worst thing a leader could do is act like they know everything. We all know that Randy was that type of leader and he was a trash ceo.
