Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

Transformation - how long is long enough before everyone catch on to the sham?

NC and other ELT said recently we have to be patient as this stuff takes time. People would if there were no other options or experience folks giving them advice that they arrogantly ignore.

The transformation started in 2015 when OR took over as the head sentient guy in engineering/company?

Eight years, how many hundreds of millions, how many layoffs, how many lives ruined, how many friends and families hired to milk the cash cow?

And the current state is a dysfunctional company through and through, everything is broken, morale down big time, toxic culture, no confidence in strategy or ELT, tinker toy patched up product, loss of customers, continuously declining revenue.....

How much longer for the transformation ?

An no. No excuses. Current ELT accepted the job, gets big bucks for it, so don't say they inherit this and that. An no, Covid is no excuse. While other companies did what's right for their company, people, technology, and product. This place was put all their focus on ESG, DEI, and WOKE along with being distressed from protest riots.

How much longer?

Current management continues in same downward direction. No sense of urgency from day one, arrogantly spew my way or highway, operate on fad of the month vs what the company needs and what the workers tell them, and now in desperation mode. Everything broken. Just look around, they are trying to put everything they broke back together. Another 2 to 5 years wasted just to get back to where we were 8 years ago.
