I am tired of cheating companies, side funds, side letters and cover-up from management.
How is ServiceNow in that respect? Considering to join, but I do not want to work anymore for bullsh-t companies.

The place is run by spawns of satan. It hires the most diabolical, dysfunctional, and evil people to assume people manager roles. From there, your manager will falsify info about your performance and get their buddies to file a work complaint against you. Your work will be criticized for things like “syntax”, “dangling participles”. Your manager will start attacking you publicly after 3 months - and you will be where they want.
I would stay away. Bad when entire departments are let go.
I would say its nothing special in terms of ethics. You can't trust management, lots of politics, siloed teams that operate like different companies.
I was laid off with no notice while told I was doing a great job with nothing notable to improve and had nothing to worry about working in a support role.
bill mcdermott is CEO. If you have ever worked with him, you will know he is ruthless and will do anything to increase the share price
SNOW does not have a lot of structure, immature management, sales pressure… nothing surprising what you state.
My personal feedback? Found dubious behaviour, reported, got fired, I am going to the SEC.
So not the most ethically sound.
