Is your team experiencing attrition? Mine is falling apart. So many are walking away in the middle of the worst tech layoffs taking place in history. This is absolutely shocking to me. Should Qualcomm management be worried or do they simply not give a damn?

There's a "secret" generous retirement pkg for those who may qualify. The risk is that if you don't take the pkg, the layoff pkg may not be as good.
There is no attrition. Sr Directors are getting bumped to VP. And VP's are getting bumped to Sr VP titles. Million dollar salaries. All is well. No worries here.
yawn. been there done that. last time this happened, there was a lot of regret from the folks who left.
This is not the worst tech layoff in history. You have to be a young worker. This isn’t even the worst Qualcomm layoff in history. Please read about 2000… too many young people who know nothing
Where are they going to? The 'reputed' companies are not even hiring
