I know I might be pi...ng off few folks here but the reality is Change is one of the worst companies I ever worked for; not coz of the integration which is yet to be completed. And this is the same sentiment I got from others who recently joined. People in the org coming from different legacy companies think they own everything. And probably that is one of the reasons they are afraid and pi..ed when they see all these layoffs.
Frankly all CHC legacy people need to introspect and adapt else they might be next in line.

That's not what this all about! It's people like you who don't need to comment. You obviously haven't walked in anyone else's shoes....ever!! Introspect on that smart-a-s!
We are not all in the same boat. We are all in the same storm. Some are on super-yachts. Some have just the one oar.
It is very important to see beyond what is seen at first glance. Not just looking, more than looking, seeing.
See beyond the nose on your face. Do not judge the good life of the other, do not condemn the bad life of the other.
We are on different ships looking to survive.
Let everyone navigate their route with respect, empathy and responsibility.
Same here. Very incompetent leaders who operate on legacy models thinking they are above all when in fact they’re all silly. I’ve dealt with the bs and karma will peak soon
I echo similar sentiments. I joined in Oct'22 and really annoyed by the attitude of some.
