TK wins THAT award. Talking to my teammates who all have 20+ years in the workforce in a variety of different industries. None of us can recall a more universally ridiculed and despised “CEO”. Ever. Where’d they find this clown?

Citrix had a lot of problems before he even got here. A lot of engineers were underpaid with no bonus or any rsu’s. He seems to be improving the situation in those areas.
He's holding the next GEM at a convention center, instead of one of the company locations. I wonder how many will bother to go in person. I sure won't.
No argument that TK is a pathetic pile of dog ####.
As long as Boomers gettin' paid though because...Capitalism.
TK is what's known as a take-down artist. They are brought in to intentionally create fear and loathing among the staff in order to drive people out before they need to be given severance. The industry has plenty of these losers floating around. They are never around for more than a couple of years. And then to read about the success they had (in their own minds)....it's just astounding. Then it's on to the next company. Rinse and Repeat. If you see these types come into your company, start making exit plans. It's not worth the stress they will create.
Worse than a bean counter, he's a badge scan counter. And so is the lackey he hired to collect the badge scan data. You hear that, lackey, if you're on here? You're as pathetic as the ones who hired you.
First and foremost, TK is a bean counter. He has, despite what y’all might think, has never been a CEO. He wasn’t CEO of Broadcom Software. There is no such position. He’s been brought in to run a PE thesis / playbook. Please stop wasting your brain cells thinking he cares about the employees or continuing the once-colorful, happy culture of Citrix. He doesn’t. He’s in it for him, just like Calderoni was before the deal.
I'd argue that he's worse than Zuckerberg b/c unlike Zuckerberg, TK is stupid.
He's up there, but he's not in Zuckerberg's or Musk's class. Those two are grade-A a-holes.
