Thread regarding ADP layoffs

It’s nearly layoff season

Do we know anything yet about the next major round? I’m mostly wondering if it’ll be in April or May since I doubt it’ll happen any later than that. Not only is that the usual layoff time but with all the cuts happening in all industries, I’d be shocked if we somehow managed to avoid being affected

I can help. Layoffs are not of concern anymore. ADP has employees , good employees, quitting faster than they can be laid off. From training straight into implementation. But that stock price though. ADP only cares about their CEI to stock price relationship. Everything else is low ground meat.

I would expect layoffs in gets gpt
Service is just now getting back to fte/control ratios. If we go into recession there will be layoffs in service but I doubt anything wide or sprawling at least not until fy25

All speculation including what I just said. Every new hire is being reviewed closely.

Can you really blame anyone for wanting to leave?

They waaaay underpay, their days off are easily matched or better in other places and they have people overworked, fulfilling multiple roles but of course don't promote or compensate them for this work. They also monitor associate time punches like they are in elementary school and their offices are gray call centers. Then they talk about possibly not giving bonuses when being highly profitable = corporate greed. But they still somehow have the resources to give bonuses to bloated management?

We cannot hire bc we dont pay market wages !

There will be Layoffs! but the usual SOP, been here too long, make too much $

If you can run far away from this place

ADP is operating pretty thin as it is. They can't keep new hires around. I'd be shocked if they do any type of mass layoffs.
