NVIDIA seems to be doing silent forced job cutting (based on commanded and typically top-down % based attrition which in some teams is done based on bogus/made-up perf reviews driven who they like or not not objective) to a possibly very large number of employees. NVIDIA PR and CEO statement is that there are no any planned layoffs.
I know this from the circle of my colleagues and based on percentage within my total circle, this can be very large on a company level (my rough estimate ~2-5%).
Feel free to share suggestions, as there can be material for a class action as well as help sharing information.

Wow, glad to see so many people seeing what I see and know extra well. Not glad to have such strong confirmation of such a negative process inside the company that I actually like!
There is significant increase in toxic/gang/nepotistic management.
Self interest driven manipulation practices "all playing by the rules" are on the increase and are primarily damaging business (higher cost, lower quality) and increasing damage to the culture and job satisfaction. Almost everybody can now see numerous cases of "expelling/pushing-out of undesired people" despite proven and verifiable technical competency confirmed by the actual key people (not the "gang committee", all "playing by the rules" where "gang committee" confirms made up false claims of bad performance). Typically 1st wave has more of the real low performers, while any subsequent gets more of "unwanted" people (despite competency and other relevant qualities). This results in a relatively large number of laid off people (many from wrongfully to deeply wrongfully expelled). This shady practice makes companies rotten from the culture out (inside out).
Camera team in Automotive is one concrete toxic place, constantly pooling among the worst. Feel free to share other cases.
HR has become also increasingly incompetent, supporting political gangs as the easy way, instead of addressing it. This has become open door for age discrimination and other illegal practices (might take short or long time, eventually all come to the light).
Executive management should address and fix this sooner rather than later, as this is a literal "cancer" for the company culture, as NVIDIA is currently on a path of a broken/toxic culture (like Intel).
I am sure that Jensen is not aware of this and if he would probe into this, there would be a ton of material that the gangs would use to cover their b*tt. So, it is hard, but absolutely necessary clean up, if they want the company to thrive as a healthy long term, otherwise the rot will either destroy or at the minimum significantly damage NVIDIA.
How do people organize, as we're all pseudo-anonymous here? How to reach out to all recently affected people in the last number of years and then weed out wrongful from non cases?
How could anyone bring about a class-action, if it is at-will-employment?
There are more and more negative individuals in NVIDIA (bad managers, bullies and echo chamber gangs or other types who put their personal interests above company) in an otherwise still mostly very good company. Few bad teams I know of are in Automotive.
Be aware who you work for or with.
NVIDIA is becoming similar to Intel in terms of broken culture (politics of self interest above interest of the company, nepotism and favouritism, subtle gang bullying, focus on frivolous things vs output product bottom line). GPT gold rush is the positive hype that shall bump NVDA stock, but after that (whatever time it takes btw 6 months to 2 years) buckle up.
Some teams kept old culture and are still good, but many are getting progressively worse.
1 month + 1 week per year of work or fired without package, depending on how low your manager plays this dirty game.
Time for getting in touch with Attorneys and gather for a class action
