Word is out! With thousands let go from tech companies over the last few months CSG is not a target for the unemployed. Why? Hard to imagine and everything to do with RTO.
Note to Tom K. Seriously, how much more hemorrhaging of valuable resources can we continue to lose before you realize your policy is not working? If you want to help and support from the workers, I'd say immediately announce an adjustment to your policy and pull back the 5 days RTO. You'll get a much better response from the workforce. Just say something like "after careful consideration" blah blah blah.....it's all good now back to normal. Without happy employees contract renewals will suffer, sales will suffer, revenue will suffer if it hasn't already. Like Spike Lee once said "Do The Right Thang!"
