Right to work just means an employer can fire an employee for any reason or no reason at any time.
Yeah, there are some protected classes, but good luck enforcing the law if you're an older employee. There's no actual protection there.
In some countries, Germany for example, layoffs are negotiated with worker's council and management/financiers.
The stockholders are secondary for this.
As should be. They are the gamblers in this scenario.
If that’s your line of thinking, you might as well identify as employed.
Right to work as a concept means that layoffs and resignations are 100% consensual.
