Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Disaster at my store

I can't even start to describe the utter chaos that's been going down at my store. It's a disaster zone! What used to take us a measly hour to complete now takes a painfully excruciating two hours to finish, and don't even get me started on the new hires. They couldn't care less about learning anything and they just add to the clusterfuck we've got going on here. Is this just my bad luck or is this the common consensus? Honestly, I'm about ready to throw in the towel.

Hiring is based on a person's woke status and level. Not so much about capabilities. Old experienced white guys are at the bottom of the list while ppl who claim to be actual biological wolves are at the top.

There’s no hiring standards. That means there’s no minimum qualifications to work at the stores. You don’t even need a high school diploma or a GED. Or have to speak English. Or come to work, do your job, speak, act or interact in a professional manner…..
