The OP said "beond", not "beyod". If you're going to critique the spelling, you could at least make sure you are correcting the correct misspelled word.

TransformcoProperties has a site plan to divide the Jersey City Sears store among four tenants. If that happens, the Sears store will either become considerably smaller or close entirely.
