After 5 years at VMware working with top customers I just heard of Kit Beall a couple of weeks ago.
Good luck to Kit at Cohesity. Based on the Glassdoor reviews, that place looks like a trainwreck as well.
Is there any decent technology company out there?
They waited for retention RSUs to vest and then got a better gig. Smart move for the few SVPs that are not incompetent. Not a big loss, since nothing can save VMware at this point - that is the main thing to focus on.

You know it’s wrecked when finance execs leave. Kit was smart to exit.
VMware was fragile already but the delays are turning the company into an utter freak show.
Seems everyone is waiting for something. RSUs, Severance, etc. I'm 90% sure I'll retire once I get the tap on the shoulder. Can anyone honestly say they're waiting and looking forward to work for Broadcom? Maybe this would be the wrong forum to ask :)
