Is the management not ashamed of treating some of its oldest and most loyal employees this way? I'm not even talking about layoffs, but to give such low severance to people with more than two decades here is insulting at best. Everybody involved in these decisions is completely heartless.

You get 1 week per year + 16 weeks - 2 months for WARN. What do you think would have been a less disgraceful amount?
