Not performance based. I think most GPT SDE's located in the US and Israel got let go. Mostly in the US though. GL moving to another team too, cause the new ppl in HR want "fresh blood" and don't want to just move laid off ppl to other teams, very upsetting...
What that means is they want CHEAP and lesser skilled ppl. Just a damn shame. This includes new hires let go as well as ppl there for over 8 years+++
