IHCs will now be paid differently. Wondering everyone's thoughts as to if this is good or bad?

You get a bonus for every deuce that a customer's dog leaves in your department.
Our IHC only said it was a huge pay cut .
Giving everyone an adjusted base salary to compensate for no more commission. (Big pay cut) They are then going to be given a goal to hit as far as sales for the year and if they don’t hit it, they don’t get a bonus check.
Ok so what is the new structure? There was like an 8 % commission. What is it now?
Lowe's once again finds a way to completely fudge over the employees that are BRINGING in badly needed revenue. Get ready for a MASS EXODUS of great salespeople. If you were an IHC making over $100K- Not anymore. Why does this company CONSTANTLY ruin decent programs? And they wonder why sales are in the toilet
Right on point. Melvin doesn't have a clue how to keep people that broke their back literally to make this a better place to shop and work at.

What is the new structure? However it's designed, I'm pretty sure it's not going to benefit the IHC. Marv never leaves money on the table lol
Doesn’t seem good to me. Looks like most will be getting paid less.
