We’re they laid off last Friday or next Friday? Why are they doing performance review when they know you will be laid off?
How many people in total are being lay off on Friday after performance review.

Team Lead here, I can confirm. We were advised that no one should get an “exceeds” only “meets” and that weakest links on team should be given a “meets some but not all” or “does not meets”.
