My increase was just under 5%…. But what I find interesting is all of the employee benefits that have been slowly eroded over the last two years. First it was the elimination of 6 flex days and now it’s the elimination of medical benefits for those that retire after January 1, 2025. With all of the employee cuts and the “Do less with less” mo--nic mantra this place is becoming a sweat shop where employees are expendable…. Curious if the overpaid execs are getting their perks trimmed? The SS TC is sinking!!!

I would like to find a better job as soon as possible. Wasn't the erosion of benefits here more than enormous?
