It makes me sick - I have a team that works 60-70 hrs per week, and I can’t get approval for a simple expense for a dinner out. Look at the opulence of MoM.

LOL. They may be getting paid for 60 - 70 hour work weeks but they are only working around 35 hours per week. I know these employees of which you speak and most would be more suited to a pine straw placement engineering job.
If you really cared for these workers you would foot the bill yourself!! Why must ADP pay for everything you whiner.
Clearly you don’t know how approval and reimbursement works.
Why ask for approval? If you're in a position of leadership they should trust you to make the right decision. Put it on the company card and deal with it later. Stop being a coward like many of the leads and managers at ADP.
