Now, we are told how to live and conform to their idea of what culture should be
Then, new hires would introduce themselves with how they can help the company

Then, we just produce products that customer use and generate revenue
Now, we focus on processes, organizations, and ideology to look good and attract people but don't deliver jack that make a difference
