She claimed to be Mexican American.
Apparently she was part of a program that "helps workers from underrepresented backgrounds work in tech recruiting." How does a recruiter fight to find work? "No, I'm doing the phone call with the candidate." Or "No, I'll do the interview scheduling for him." And judging from her name and gender identity, I wouldn't expect her to be "underrepresented."
