Palantir is continuing to layoff people, first they cut internal development and operations support teams in a worst possible fashion, they gathered people on a group call and told them who gets the email in the next 10 minutes is being laid off and then they would literally kick you out from the office and cut your connections on Slack/email, then they continued with the people who hit their end of probation period, simply not extending their contract without any feedback. They are using all methods to avoid any additional cost, proving that they don't care about people at all and that management lacks any experience to deal with this situation. Compared to other companies, severance packet is ridiculously low.
