I would not be suprised at all if CDK sold Lightspeed to another company. I always figured this would be the case as soon as CDK went PE. It is very common practice in PE to layoff, outsource, and sell off parts of the company. I literally laughed out loud when the change to private was first announced and the positive spin that was put on it LMAO! Come on, that is an insult to anyone's intelligence.

That would be a good thing for lightspeed. Better to be sold intact than gutted. Lightspeed is a very nice DMS.
Light speed will never be sold. It is outdated legacy software only supported by its contracts.
This is the exact software that will be fully outsourced first
