Hope Project Moonshot is paying attention to the demise of SVB bank. Being more focused on DEI than actually running a business has ruined them. Hate to see good people that were let go at Dell were let go because they didn't check the boxes so as to make room for those that do. I think we were starting to see the consequences of this thinking now. Hire people on merit rather than identity alone.

DEI is a zero interest rate privilege. The pendulum will swing back here, and in short order. The world must acquiesce to economic realities and objective results (which are demographically blind) - not kumbaya fantasies.
