So, I may not get a severance when CEO thinks I’m “redundant”, so I’m doing what other coworkers are doing - work slowdown to earn my severance in lieu of work. Today, I took a nice long bubble bath, painted my toenails, made
some delicious avocado toast and played with my cats. I didn’t even crack open my laptop! I’ve been with the company for several years, and I echo my coworkers in saying I will get my severance one way or another!

Correct. And I’m communicating to every customer I interact with to get their s#it in gear and go to our competitors. CSG is being run into the ground precipitously by Krause and Kompany and the new corporate culture does not care about innovation, maintaining customers and especially does not care about respecting employees. Treat employees like s#it and then you wonder why everyone does not give a rip anymore about their job and focusing instead on grabbing the best deal before abandoning ship? F##K YOU, TK!
One group that isn't amused by the decline of Citrix is our contracted customers awaiting to exit ASAP. There's nothing funny about their dilemma.
LOL, I'm thinking the ongoing fiasco at CSG should be turned into a Saturday Night Live skit that's used to demonstrate what happens when a company has lost direction and the 'leadership' is a farce. Meanwhile, employees and the outside world are laughing at the outcome hysterically.
These inept PE owners should become writers of comedy scripts. Their talent is wasted on CSG and TIBCO.
The new Marketing slogan: We're CSG, the legacy software company with a thin varnish of cloud, where the leftover employee base is "waiting for severance" into perpetuity.
The CSG culture that's still evolving surely is making the rest of the tech sector smile.
I for one am amused. Keep up doing what you do to stay sane while working at CSG.
To the poster who says TK will fire people who don’t RTO - he cant fire me for RTO because I have a medical accommodation to work from home. I’d like him to try, we won’t be talking severance anymore, it’d be early retirement that I’d be paid and I’m young.
I definitely encourage anyone who is interested in working remotely to look into a medical accommodation!
Krause will soon fire everyone who doesn't work in an office and refuses to move near one, so your "severance" will be short-lived. Good luck!
“just because your feet look like you catch dinner with them while flying over a lake does not give you the right to scream at me, ma’am.”
I have no idea who you are, but you’re my hero! 😂😂😂
“Why not look for another job instead? Or simply do your work and actually earn your paycheck respectfully? Maybe this is exactly why many of us have to RTO 5x a week while someone like you is busy painting nails? SMH!”
- just because your feet look like you catch dinner with them while flying over a lake does not give you the right to scream at me, ma’am.
- Why voluntarily leave my job? I’m waiting for the severance I deserve after years of service and if it is not forthcoming as Mr. Kraus is insinuating, I will take it upon myself to get my severance.
- I’m not alone with this. Please understand that mistrust of leadership is deep, but also we are not willing to give everything up just because a CEO is threatening us.
Cash rules everything around me

I love cats too.
I think you'll find csg is the loser.
You're a pathetic loser.
