More people should quit for their own good

I see so many people hating their job and being miserable but still staying. Mental health is one of the few things that cannot be measured in terms of money or material possessions. It's invaluable, and you should always give it the utmost priority. So many folks have shared that after leaving, they felt more self-assured and content in their lives. Trust me, it's essential to prioritize your mental health and take necessary actions to safeguard it.

ELTs should lead the way for the benefit of shareholders and workers that have to stay.

Life and work is better when this ELT toxicity is not present. Now I work in a firm and industry that not only isn’t full of nasty management, we achieved 150% target bonus in 2022. There is a direct relationship between quality people and performance. Get out of TD.

Wow, for once, we're all in agreement. It's win-win for all.

For the HR trolls, ELT, and current regime supporters advocating people to leave, they get their utopia of yes people to rule over in harmony. But that's ok, all the good people will leave and exposed their incompetency toward the company's downfall.

For current and former employees advocating for people to leave, it's good and caring advice. Thanks for sharing your experience, info, and foresight into a disastrous and toxic situation that people need to be aware and saved from. It's now their choice.

Just make sure you have a new job lined up before you quit. Given the current climate, that may not be easy but you should still keep trying to develop your job search muscle. That way when the economy improves, you'll have the skills and confidence needed to land a new job quickly.
