If your position can be moved to fully wah, it can be moved to vendors in India where they work for pennies on the dollar; aka sl@ve labor. Keep that in mind.

The Union just tries to scare people so we will keep paying our dues. My coach told me that my job is safe and vendors be to stupid to do our jobs. I believe him. Why would he be lying to me? The Union is just bein greedy like always.
And ask how good Nokia and other vendors are doing.. horrible.
Everything can and will be contracted out. Even the field they are using more and more contractors. Although the field is much safer than anyone else

IMA SCARED
I've been hearing this for years. When we outsource our customer support our customers outsource their providers. They decide to leave due too such poor customer experience.
Get back to the office, be present, be visible, be productive. Otherwise our jobs will go, it's happening everywhere.
