Dealing with layoffs is just a normal part of being a pro in the corporate world. That's it. It's something you have to accept when getting a job anywhere. There's no need to make a big deal out of it. We all have to face reality and find our own way to get over it and move on.

I don't think censorship is the answer.
Potential employees will want to know of possible unethical behavior by a company.
Also investors will want to know what their money is being spent on.
I forget, how much bailout money did Micron get from the United States CHIPS act?
Does that include the various tax breaks Micron perhaps gets from various localities as well?
Interesting. Only trolls get the likes. Here is what it is. Unless you are laid off for so some reason relating to illegal discrimination, nobody owes you a job. So many entitled children here. I was laid off. It sucks. But all this is useless. What does it get you?
I would be willing to bet most of you who have been laid off from Micron would go back in a nanosecond if offered a job. Be one of the adults in the room.

they lied several times. No Layoffs, there were layoffs, 200% IPP --> 93.7% IPP.

increase of pay to be even with inflation: nope.
People have been moved around like pieces of meat between departments
TD can say what they want about leadership, but competitors will eat us alive, especially after these layoffs. we lost a ton of good people. And we will lose more.
they could give stocks, could have given several things to mediate. wait for June, when schools end and a good chunk will leave.
and we are keeping leaders in power positions that are simply not good. especially in R&D.
Leave this ship of fools... They are not what America represents. They are a United States government subsidy for India.
Life goes on and so should everyone who lost their job. Don't dwell on what happened yesterday, move forward and don't let this dictate your future.
