Rotate them out the door. Since walmart has lost the handle on evaluating anything best keep them moving. Team Lead to Coach. Coach to Store Lead . Store lead to store manager. What was it 2 years? So much of the buddy buddy system going on that should be policy. Buddy Buddy, walmart's viable path to success.
