500 Salespeople and only 6 New Customer Wins???? This is the most concerning metric and tells you that only those companies who have an embedded Teradata database are staying with the technology until they can un-stick themselves.

CRO TC has Rolodex but seems like that can't attract any customers to try our product beyond some of existing customers migrating to it. We're in big trouble.
<.01 New Customers Per Salesperson is just another way of saying that Teradata s dead once the annuity income stops.
Real cloud companies don’t have to work so hard selling their solution. New customers just sign up and start using it. They don’t have to say they are cloud first either 😀
Rather than exceeding the quota, new logos sales should also automatically qualified for annual winner-circle.
Pay them only when they land a new customer. That will change the ratio.
This is sad. SM gets on the company meeting and talks about cloud ARR growth blah bah blah and says our strategy is working. Why can't he just be honest and say we have an issue with growth and new customer wins and say what we are going to do about it? We all know it and he looks evasive when he talks. I am spending the weekend updating my resume.
