Thread regarding Cummins Inc. layoffs

Cummins will never learn

This company has never learnt from past lay offs. Again they will lay off people like business leaders are sitting as if they are id--ts. How can someone work at this company knowing that their family will be affected if anyone gets laid off. I will be so happy to see this company going out of business

Heard SEP (Seymour engine Plant) is not allowing overtime. Also that they are going to get people to agree to early retirement and such in the company. If not they will do layoffs and what I heard it will start with/only be with the exempt ranks.
